Michelle VanAllen

Since the very beginning, Michelle has been an essential part of Simplify Home Loans. She began working with Jake Deegan in 2015, helping prepare for the company’s launch, and continues to play a vital role as Director of Operations. She oversees everything behind the scenes that keeps the company running smoothly and loves supporting the team so they can better support our borrowers.

Michelle loves the people and the culture at Simplify and truly believes it’s the best team out there, with some of the most experienced and knowledgeable people in the industry.

Most of her free time is spent with her family. She has been married for nearly two decades and is a mom to two kids, a boy and a girl. She loves being a mom.

When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her reading, crafting, or trying to talk her husband into her newest vacation idea. Her family loves traveling, especially cruises. She has to get her Disney fix at least once a year. They have also become the newest fans of Utah Mammoth hockey and love catching games whenever they can.
