Michelle VanAllen

Since the very beginning, Michelle has been an essential part of Simplify Home Loans. She has worked with Jake Deegan, since 2015, helping him prepare for the launch of the company, where she continues to serve a vital role as Director of Operations. She does everything that is not loan related for the company. 

She loves the staff and the company culture at Simplify. She believes Simplify has built the best team in the world. Simplify is the second best job she’s ever had, her first is being a mom. She has 2 adorable kids, a 9-year old girl and a 2-year old boy. Michelle loves to spend time at her family’s cabin in the summertime, and she says her family is “a little bit obsessed” with Disneyland. They have visited “the Happiest Place on Earth” so many times she has lost count and they are now Magic Key holders.
